Wow Major Blogging FAIL

Well it's been almost 3 months since I've updated. I suppose this is mostly due to not having anything very exciting to update about. I suppose I'll go through the rundown since late April.
-I finished up classes without too much stress, and did well in all of them, at least well to my standards, and well enough to not be worried about not graduating next year
-I spent a lot of time not doing much before my internship picked up in May, and it was nice, also I have done a ton of reading, and most of it good, quality books
- My coworker did have her baby in mid-May, and he is adorable. I am hoping that she'll bring him to the library a few more times before the summer is over because holding a baby is like therapy, it makes you feel good.
-The Canterbury Bar Crawl was fabulous and we saw a great 80's cover band (more later) It was nice to be able to spend time with everyone before we all separate for places unknown.
-I was in my good friend Stephanie's wedding, and it was fantastic. She looked beautiful, everything went off with out a hitch and Chris danced with me for most of the evening without too much pleading
-I went to visit the parents for a week and had a good time. We went to South Padre Island for a few days and enjoyed the sun
-My family also went to my cousin's wedding at a beautiful plantation house, and while it was very different from Stephanie's wedding, it was still wonderful. I also got to see my cousin Caroline's 4 month old baby girl, Elizabeth, and we had a good time.
-Since I got back it's mostly just been work, work, work. I am going to have to add in a couple of days to make my internship work out in time (I apparently can't add) But overall things are going really well.
-This past weekend I spent time in EL because Sarah S. took her Medical Board Exams and Brad, Kristina and I took her out to see Starfarm (the 80's band) on Friday night. Needless to say, not a lot of drinking went on because we spent the majority of the night dancing, and Brad, Sarah and I stayed out until 2 enjoying the music.
-Hopefully I will get to see Chris at some point again this week, but since he'll be busy working all weekend with the holiday I'll be taking a trip to the west side to spend time with my old roomie and enjoy the holiday weekend

So really, not much exciting has happened. I might put together a quick photo video and post with highlights from the last almost 3 months, so be on the look out for that.

Currently Reading: The Golden Compass (it's for book club, Two*Way Street is next)
Currently Listening: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (I've made it to the end of the series on audiobook! Yay Jim Dale!)

Ever since you posted commments on my blog I started following yours (although I don't think I've commented), and I just went back and found your shout out to me under your Rayado tag! Those were great days, weren't they?! I haven't heard from hardly anyone, so it is fun hearing what's going on with you. It seems like you're doing some fun things and really liking where you work which is awesome!

  2. P.S. I agree that babies are therapeutic. For the most part (:
