Today is defiantly a friends are awesome day. I started the day with an e-mail from a friend to tell me she had gotten a job! And that she had had to turn down another one, but that I would be perfect for it and I should apply. I was running out the door for work so I didn't look too close. When I got home from work there was a package from a HPKCHC friend who sent me all the things I need to start spinning! I watched a couple videos this afternoon, but so far no luck. I then took a closer look at the job my friend had e-mailed me about and decided I might as well give it a shot. I sent the lady an e-mail with my resume and a cover letter. She e-mailed me back almost immediately to set up a phone interview this week! YAY!! I am so excited. Even if this isn't my dream job, at least it would be a full time library job, and would give me some experience. And it might turn out I totally love it and stay there for a long time. It would also only be a couple hours drive from CB and I would be close to State! We'll see what happens. I will attempt to keep this up to date with any further progress!
